Shipping policy

1.Order Processing Time

All custom silicone prosthetic finger orders are meticulously crafted to meet your unique needs. After order confirmation and receipt of necessary customization details (e.g., skin tone references), Semi-customized products have a lead time of 15 working days, while customized products have a lead time of 30working days. Processing times may be extended by 35 working days during peak seasons (e.g., holidays) or if additional customization adjustments are needed. You will receive an email notification once your order enters production and when it is ready for shipment.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

We offer shipping to most countries worldwide to serve our global customers. Our trusted shipping carriers include DHL, FedEx, and UPS, selected for their reliability and ability to deliver delicate products safely. For regions with limited international shipping options, we will coordinate with local authorized logistics partners to ensure delivery, and you will be informed of the chosen carrier in advance.

3. Shipping Costs &Delivery Times

Shipping Costs: Calculated based on your delivery address, package weight, and chosen shipping method. You can view the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your order.

Delivery Times: After production, standard international shipping typically takes 15 working days; expedited shipping (available for selection at checkout) takes 24 working days. Please note that delivery times do not include customs clearance delays, which may vary by country/region.

4. Customs & Duties

Silicrafts is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country/region. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We will provide a commercial invoice with accurate product descriptions and values to facilitate customs clearance. For details on specific customs regulations in your area, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send a confirmation email with a unique tracking number and a link to the carriers tracking page. You can use this number to monitor the real-time status of your shipment until it is delivered. If tracking information is not updated within 3 working days of shipment, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

6. Delivery Issues & Returns

Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and arrange a reshipment or provide a refund (per our Return Policy) once the claim is confirmed.

Incorrect Delivery Address: Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
