RETURN POLICY: Customized products cannot be returned.
We will process your return and refund request within 48 hours. The refund will be credited back to your bank account via the original payment method within 7-15 days after approval.
If you are dissatisfied in any way, we do offer a replacement, you can contact customer service and explain what you are dissatisfied with and we will re-customize it for you again, but please note that you will need to provide the shipping cost for the second time.
Since I do all of this work myself and have limited time, I am unable to process exchanges of any kind.
I do not offer any guarantees or warranties as it is the responsibility of each customer to handle & care for the product themselves;

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
